These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the CV60 Challenge (“Program”) offered by CV Ventures, LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Tampa, FL (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:

1. Program Overview

The CV60 Challenge is a 60-day personal branding program where Participants create and post one piece of content per day, while receiving access to training videos, accountability groups, and related resources.

2. Payment and Access

* The Program is a one-time payment.

* Upon enrollment, you will receive an email with access to the video course and community.

* Course access is granted for 365 days from purchase.

* If a refund is issued, access will be revoked immediately.

3. Refund Policy

We stand behind the Program with a results-based guarantee, subject to strict participation requirements:

* To be eligible for a refund, you must:

1. Post one piece of original content every day for 60 consecutive days on at least one public platform.

2. Upload your daily video into your accountability group for feedback.

3. Fully participate for the entire 60 days.

* If all requirements are satisfied and you are not satisfied with the Program, you may request a full refund.

* Refunds must be requested within 10 days of completing the 60-day challenge.

* Participants who receive a refund lose all access to the course, community, and future events or challenges hosted by CV Ventures, LLC.

4. Affiliates and Promotion

* Approved affiliates may promote the Program and may be granted a limited license to use our logo and approved marketing materials for promotional purposes.

* Affiliates must direct all prospects to CV Ventures, LLC. Participants may not resell, repackage, or create competing programs using our intellectual property.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, content, trademarks, and branding provided through the Program are owned by CV Ventures, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Community Rules

The Program may include access to online groups or communities. By participating, you agree to:

* Treat all members with respect.

* Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.

* Avoid spamming, self-promotion, or solicitation of other members.

* Follow all group guidelines provided by CV Ventures, LLC.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the Program without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Results

The Program provides education, tools, and accountability to help you build your personal brand. However, results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and individual circumstances. CV Ventures, LLC makes no promises of specific business outcomes, client acquisition, or financial results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tampa, Florida.
